Fun fact: Most of the crawfish come from our very own farm.

Our Story
The Stelly Family
Adlar Stelly and his brother Sandrus Stelly Jr. are 3rd generation rice and crawfish farmers with over 40 years of experience in the family. Along with farming rice and crawfish, they own a seafood boiling spot. Additionally, Adlar has a wholesale dock at his house. Over the years, he began selling to Bayouland Seafood and formed a solid bond with the former owners. The former owner saw Adlar's passion for what he does and confided in him to take over the business and grow their reach. In 2024, Adlar Stelly and Sandrus Stelly Jr. took over Bayouland Seafood Processors, and the rest is history. They work day in and day out to ensure their product is safe and meets the proper guidelines for their clients.
